The SPP Drawer: Overview

Welcome to the Entity Architect. The SPP Drawer is an overlay interface accessible on every page and post in your WordPress editor, allowing you to build deeply nested schema without ever leaving your content.

1. Accessing the HUD

Look for the floating Shield Icon at the bottom of your screen while editing any post or page. Clicking this triggers the Drawer overlay.

The top navigation bar acts as your Heads-Up Display (HUD). Here you will find:

  • Live Entity Score: A real-time grade (0-100) of how perfectly optimized your page is based on schema coverage, SEO length, and Hub & Spoke clustering.
  • Theme Toggle: A lightbulb icon to switch the Drawer between Dark Mode and Light Mode depending on your preference.
  • SAVE ENTITY: The master save button. Clicking this commits your schema, SEO data, and architectural links directly to the database via AJAX—no page reload required!

2. The Navigation Spine (Workspaces)

The left-hand spine contains five distinct workspaces, each controlling a different layer of your page's identity.

Architecture (Hub & Spoke)

Determine if this page is a high-level "Pillar" or a supporting "Cluster." Search and attach related articles to instantly build topical authority networks. It even provides an Interlinking Helper to copy-paste HTML links directly into your content.

Schema Builder

The core engine. Select from over 27+ premium schema types (Article, LocalBusiness, SoftwareApplication, Recipe, etc.). The interface dynamically loads the specific fields needed to generate that schema.

Search Appearance (SEO Identity)

Control exactly how this page looks in Google. Override the global Meta Title and Description, track pixel-width limits with live progress bars, and apply advanced Canonical, NoIndex, and NoFollow rules.

Social Appearance

Dictate how your content renders when shared on Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. Upload a custom social graphic and preview the live OpenGraph card directly in the Drawer.

Preview & Test

Look under the hood. This tab compiles your Global Identity, Author Graph, and Custom Page Schema into the final JSON-LD payload. Validate your code before ever hitting publish.

Sync With Search

By default, the Social tab uses the "Sync With Search" toggle. This automatically pulls your Meta Title and Meta Description from the SEO tab so you don't have to write them twice! Just uncheck the box if you want a custom snippet for Facebook.
