If you are hiring for your own company, leave the Hiring Organization set to Global Org. SPP will automatically link the job posting to your master Knowledge Graph identity.
If you operate a job board or recruitment agency, toggle to Custom Company. This unlocks fields to manually input your client's name and upload their logo so it appears correctly in the Google Jobs widget.
Google maintains strict quality control over its job board. Roles that are expired or lack a physical location context will be removed.
You must provide a validThrough date. If you do not specify when the application closes, Google will eventually flag the schema as invalid and remove it from the widget.
If the job is fully remote, check the Remote / Telecommute box. The physical address fields will vanish, and SPP will automatically structure the schema to tell Google the applicant can work from anywhere within the specified Country.
Jobs with transparent salary ranges receive significantly higher click-through rates. Input the Minimum and Maximum values, and select whether it is calculated Yearly, Monthly, or Hourly.
Use the Role Department panel at the bottom of the builder to define the industry or department (e.g., Engineering or Accounting). SPP uses this to inject an occupationalCategory property, helping Google classify the job accurately.
