The AboutPage schema is one of the most critical elements for establishing Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T). It tells Google exactly who you are and what your organization represents.
By default, an AboutPage node automatically links its about property back to your global Organization node. This establishes a baseline understanding that the page is about your company.
However, you can use the Primary Subject Entity section to provide a more targeted identity. For example, if the About page is specifically about the Founder, you can set the Entity Type to Person and link their social profiles.
If you are defining custom attributes in the Subject Entity section, you can type the exact string ##ORGANIZATION## into any value field. The SPP Engine will instantly intercept this token and convert it into a machine-readable cross-link back to your global company node.
Unlike a standard Article, an About Page is a static identity document. The AboutPage Properties repeater allows you to inject custom schema directly into the root node of the page.
