Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Schema Pillar Pro plugin and associated software ("Service"), operated by CommonJoe Corporation ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, and passwords. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Payments: The Service is billed on a yearly subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the plan (e.g., Pro or Agency) you select.
  • Payment Processors: Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your financial information.
  • Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date inside your dashboard.
  • Refunds (14-Day Guarantee): We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for new purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Renewals are generally non-refundable.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you prior to your next renewal.

4. Licensing & Usage Limits

  • Domain Limits: Your license tier dictates how many WordPress installations may actively run the Schema Pillar Pro plugin (e.g., 1 Site for Pro, 25 Sites for Agency).
  • API Key Usage: Agency users are responsible for the API keys they generate for clients. Reselling individual plugin files without a valid Agency API key is strictly prohibited.
  • Fair Use: We reserve the right to throttle or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass licensing restrictions, distribute the software illegally, or intentionally burden our cloud infrastructure.

5. SEO & Algorithm Disclaimer

Schema Pillar Pro is a tool designed to generate valid JSON-LD and XML architecture based on your inputs.

  • No Guarantees: We make no warranties or guarantees that the Service will improve your search engine rankings, traffic, or business performance.
  • Third-Party Algorithms: Search engine optimization (SEO) is governed by third-party algorithms (e.g., Google, Bing, AI LLMs) that change frequently and without notice. We are not liable for ranking drops or volatility experienced by your websites.

6. EAP Cloud Integration

Purchasing Schema Pillar Pro provisions a cloud account on our sister platform, the Entity Authority Platform (EAP), to manage your licenses.

  • By using the SPP Service, you acknowledge that your license data and API keys will be securely managed and stored within the EAP cloud infrastructure.
  • Use of the EAP cloud dashboard is also governed by the overarching CommonJoe Corporation privacy and terms policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, the WordPress plugin code, its original content (excluding your website data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CommonJoe Corporation.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and license keys immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CommonJoe Corporation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
