At Schema Pillar Pro (operated by CommonJoe Corporation), we stand behind the quality of our software and the results it delivers. We want you to feel completely confident in your investment, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. If Schema Pillar Pro does not meet your expectations, or if you find that it is not the right fit for your website's architecture, simply contact our support team within 14 days of your original transaction date, and we will issue a full refund.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

To keep our systems secure and our policies fair, please note the following conditions regarding our refund policy:

  • Initial Purchases Only: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first, initial purchase of a Schema Pillar Pro license.
  • Subscription Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to your renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Entity Authority Platform (EAP) cloud dashboard.
  • Upgrades: If you upgrade from a Pro license to an Agency license, the payment made for the upgrade is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your 14-day window, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at [email protected].
  • Include the email address associated with your purchase and your order/receipt number.
  • While not required, we always appreciate a brief explanation of why the software wasn't a good fit so we can improve our product.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Effects of Cancellation and Refund

Upon processing your refund, your Schema Pillar Pro license will be immediately terminated. This means:

  • Your API keys will be deactivated.
  • The Schema Pillar Pro plugin will cease to function on any domains where it is currently installed.
  • Your associated EAP Cloud dashboard access may be downgraded or restricted.

5. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse this policy. "Abuse" includes, but is not limited to, purchasing and refunding the software multiple times, or attempting to scrape our code/schema structures and immediately requesting a refund. We monitor refund requests to protect the integrity of our software.
