The JobPosting Schema Builder

Use for a page describing a single, specific job opening at your organization. This builder provides the necessary schema to be eligible for Google’s job posting rich results.

Restore Defaults Button

A button that resets the Job Title, Organization Name, Description, and Date Posted fields back to their default values.

Job Title

The title of the position. Defaults to the post title.

Organization Name

The name of the hiring organization. Defaults to your global Organization Name.

Description

The full job description, including responsibilities, qualifications, etc. Defaults to the post excerpt.

Date Posted

The date the job was posted. Defaults to the post’s publish date.

Application Deadline

Optional: The last day to apply for the job (this populates the validThrough property).

Employment Type

A dropdown to select the type of employment (e.g., “Full-time,” “Part-time,” “Contractor”).

Job Location

Fields to describe the physical location of the job.

    Country: A cascading dropdown. Selecting a country will populate the "State / Region" list.

    State / Region: A dynamic dropdown or text field based on the selected country.

    Street Address, City, Postal Code: Text fields for the specific address.

Salary & Compensation

Defines the salary range for the position.

    Currency: Dropdown of world currencies.

    Min Value: The base of the salary range (e.G., "80000").

    Max Value: The top of the salary range (e.g., "120000").

    Unit: The pay frequency (e.g., "Yearly," "Monthly," "Hourly").
